Chemical plant security - the sleeper issue in the battle against terrorism

As I mentioned, chemical plant security gets scant attention in Australia.

Bruce Schneier has just written an article on the topic for The Guardian.  The comments section on his blog is always instructional too when you rule out the small number of whack jobs, of course.

If you do some Google searches on the topic here in Australia, you'll find that it's still not on the radar screen.  Like here and here.
